Protein Power Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I needed to make these "Protein Power Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies" for myself because of all the ride trips I make to see my Grandchildren.

Ingredients
1 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of honey
1 TBSP of Chocolate Protein Powder 
1/2 of a bananas

Directions
 Preheat your oven to 375 deg and then mix all this together. Line a baking sheet with your choice of size cookie balls. Bake for 8-10 mins in the oven. Let them cool for 5 mins then enjoy.
I personally enjoy them with a cup of soy milk

Herbs Potatoes


Herbs Potatoes is a simple but fabulous side dishes that your family will enjoy, and they go well with just about any main course.


Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon rosemary powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoons melted salted butter
Sea salt, to taste 

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut the unpeeled potatoes into 1/4 inch slices.
Place the potato slices on well greased shallow baking pans.
Combine pepper, oregano, thyme, sage, and rosemary, garlic, salt, and oil in a small bowl.
Brush the potato slices with herb mixture.
Bake, BBQ or  Grill the potato slices for about 20 minutes or until they are well-browned but not too crisp.

Chipotle Grilled Sweet Potatoes


Coated in a sweet and spicy sauce and grilled until tender, these Chipotle Grilled Sweet Potatoes make a fabulous side dish.



Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes
3 3/4 teaspoons our Chipotle Seasoning
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.

Cook potatoes on High heat in a microwave oven until softened slightly, about 10 minutes.

Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Combine vinegar, Chipotle Seasoningand olive oil in a large container with a tight-fitting lid.

With a brush coat both sides of the sweet potatoes with the spice mixture.

Grill over low to medium heat, turning often and basting with any leftover sauce.

Cook until sweet potatoes are fork-tender, 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from grill.

Serve.

Oven

Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

With a brush coat both sides of the sweet potatoes with the spice mixture.

Basting with any leftover sauce in 8 minute.

Cook until sweet potatoes are fork-tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from oven.


Serve.
