Cherry Limeade Crawl Cocktail

Cherry Limeade

My secret weapon is "Cherry Limeade Crawl Cocktail". This sweet yet tangy cocktail goes well with just about anything you 're grilling, smoking or barbecuing.


Ingredients

Serves: 4

1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup plus  Maraschino Cherries With Stems
3 Tablespoons Maraschino Cherries Juice for the jar
1 (16 oz.) bottled  FIJI Natural Artesian Water
1/2 cup Smirnoff Cherry Vodka


Directions

Put lime juice, lemon juice, cherry juice, water, and sugar in a blender and mix well.

Fill glasses with ice and sugar the rim of your glasses.

Pour mixture over the ice and a teaspoon of cherries until the glass is full.

Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel and serve.

Tip: Taste better poured over crushed ice.

Classic Witches Brew Cocktail


You'll love making Classic Witches Brew Cocktails. They are the perfect alternative to the root beer float and they taste great!



Ingredients

1/2 cup orange soda, cold
1/2 cup club soda, cold
2 oz. Dekuyper 03 Orange liqueur
1/4 cup International Delight® French Vanilla, chilled
1 scoop vanilla ice cream    


Directions
Combine the orange soda, club soda, Dekuyper 03 Orange liqueur and International Delight French Vanilla in a tall glass. 

Top with ice cream and serve immediately.


Serves One.


Watermelon Crawl Cocktail

Blackberry Martini


The Blackberry Martini is a perfect drink to usher in the Summer and enjoy at a backyard gathering with friends and family.


Ingredients

1 ounce p.i.n.k. Vodka
1-1/2 ounce Cranberry Juice
1 ounce Blackberry Brandy
1/2 ounce Cointreau
Splash of Sour Mix
Fresh Blackberries

Directions
Combine ingredients over ice and shake well. 

Strain into a well-chilled martini glass. 

Pour 1-1/2 scoops of mulled blackberries through the center. 

Stir slightly. 

Garnish with a blackberry on the edge of the glass.

Hawaiian Pineapple Cocktail



Pineapple is an excellent fruit for cocktails; this is why the perfect refreshment on a hot summer day is the Hawaiian Pineapple Cocktail.



Ingredients

1 46oz can Dole’s Pineapple Juice
1 14oz Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 32oz bottle Schweppes Ginger Ale
2 cups Smirnoff Coconut Vodka

Directions

Combine pineapple juice, condensed milk, and vodka in a large pitcher and mix well. Cover and refrigerate, will keep up to a week.

To serve, pour 1/2 cup of pineapple mixture, 1/3 cup Schweppes ginger ale over crushed ice in desired glass.



Pomegranate Daiquiris


 The deep red color of Pomegranate Daiquiris makes a dramatic statement while its refreshing sweet-tart flavor enhances familiar drinks.




Ingredients

3 1/2 cup(s) pomegranate juice
1 1/2 cup(s) plain or raspberry-flavored light rum
1  cup(s) cassis or cranberry liqueur
1/3  cup(s) fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Monin Pomegranate 
 Ice cubes
 Pomegranate seeds or kiwi slices, for garnish

Directions

Combine pomegranate juice, rum, cassis, and lime juice in a large pitcher. 

Cover and refrigerate until cold, at least 4 hours or up to 1 week ahead.

In a blender, combine 1 1/2 cups juice mixture and 1 cup ice cubes. 

Blend until slushy. 

Pour into large martini or wine glasses; garnish as desired. 

Repeat with remaining juice.



Frozen Piña Colada


You won't be sorry that you took the time to make this Frozen Piña Colada it blows Colada's away, there is simply no comparison.


Ingredients

4 cup(s) ice cubes
3/4 cup(s) pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 cup(s) golden rum
1/2 cup(s) cream of coconut

1 shot coconut vodka

Directions

In blender, combine ice, juice, rum, and cream of coconut, vodka and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. 

Pour into 4 glasses




Creamy Vanilla Root Beer Float


I bet you can’t remember the last time you had a root beer float and just this makes you want to make one! But before you run to the kitchen you may want to go to the liquor store and grab a bottle of Cruzan Vanilla Rum. Creamy Vanilla Root Beer Float is exceptionally smooth and delicious.


Ingredients

1/2 cup A&W Root Beer, cold
1/2 cup club soda, cold
1/4 cup International Delight® French Vanilla, chilled
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

2 shots Cruzan Vanilla Rum


Directions

Combine the root beer, rum, club soda and International Delight French Vanilla in tall glass. 

Top with ice cream and serve immediately. 

Serving size: One Serving




California Citrus Sangria


Citrus Sangria

California Citrus Sangria is the perfect cocktail for a warm summer's evening.


Ingredients

3 bottles Pinot Grigio or a white wine you enjoy drinking
1 1/2 cups brandy
3/4 cup Smirnoff Orange Vodka
1/2 cup sugar
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 blood orange, thinly sliced
3 kumquats, sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced

Directions

In a large pitcher, combine the wine, brandy, and orange vodka.

Pour in the sugar, stir or shake the pitcher thoroughly to mix.

Add all citrus slices at once.

Allow the mixture to sit for 1 hour before serving to allow the citrus flavor to come through.


Mojito Limeade





Mojitos are so refreshing. They do take a bit long to make than many other cocktails but are so worth it. Server Mojito Limeade at your BBQ & pool party. It will be a BIG hit!

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
2 limes, cut into wedges, plus more for garnish
2 cups crushed ice, plus more for serving
1 cup Lime-Mint Syrup, recipe follows
1 liter white rum
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Club soda

Directions

Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges with 2 cups crushed ice in the bottom of a large pitcher. 

Add Lime-Mint Syrup, rum, lime juice, and more ice. 

Top off with club soda, to taste. 

Pour into glasses over ice and serve. 

Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.

Lime-Mint Syrup:

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 limes, zest
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a medium saucepan and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 1 minute. 

Remove from the heat, stir in the lime zest and mint, and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to infuse the syrup with the flavor of lime and mint. 

Strain out the mint and zest and refrigerate the syrup, covered, until cold.



Strawberry Gin Cocktail


"Strawberry Gin Cocktail II" is an excellent way to use fresh strawberriesand refreshing but has a nice kick of gin...If you love strawberries, you'll love this cocktail!


Ingredients


1 bottle gin
1 bottle (8oz) strawberry syrup
3 shots Triple Sec
1 lemon


Directions


Chill martini glass in freezer, until you are ready to sever the drink.

Pour gin, syrup, and Triple Sec in large container, mix.

Slice lemon.

Rub a slice of lemon on edge of martini glass.

Cut center out of the slice lemon, twist lean peel and place on glass.

Pour mixture into wine glass, and serve.

Strawberry Cheesecake Colada


Yum--Strawberry Cheesecake Colada in 10 minutes! This smooth, blended of rums with cream cheese and frozen strawberries will quickly become addictive...it's just that good!



Ingredients

4 oz. White Rum
5 oz. CruzannStrawberry Rum
1 Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt (6 oz.)
1 cup frozen Strawberries
2 Tablespoons cream cheese

Crushed Graham Crackers

Directions

Blend together white rum, strawberry rum, yogurt, and cream cheese until there are no lumps of the cream cheese. 

Add strawberries and blend until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass. 

Garnish with a crushed graham crackers..



Sparkling Raspberry Sangria




"Sparkling Raspberry Sangria" is sweet and tangy as well as quick and easy to prepare. 




Ingredients


1 bottle (750 ml) Arbor Mist Raspberry Sparkling Wine
1 cup raspberry vodka
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries
1 sliced lemon
1 1/2 cups Schweppes Ginger Ale

Directions


Mix the wine, liqueur and sugar in a pitcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then add the fruit.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 2 days. The longer you let it sit the better it will taste, so I always make mine two days in advance.

Add the Schweppes Raspberry Ginger Ale

Serve.

This is a strong drink, if you want less alcohol use less vodka.




Drinks: Emeril's Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients

3 cups tomato juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste (recommended: Tabasco)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Premium vodka
Small jar pickled green beans
Small jar pickled okra

Directions

In a blender combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and hot sauce and process until smooth.

Transfer to a nonreactive container and add salt and black pepper, to taste.

Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

When ready to serve, fill each glass with ice.

Add 1 ounce of vodka to each glass, then fill the glass with the Bloody Mary mix. Stir well, and garnish each glass with a pickled green bean and a pickled okra.
