Teresa M. Fuller
Writer/artist/cook/mother/wife/grandmother is the granddaughter of Roberta Owens on her mother’s side and grew up listing to country music, blues and jazz while learning how to cook delicious Southwestern foods. She left her home in Arkansas in 1983, determined to make a better life for herself. After many long hard roads across the United States, two failed marriages she found the place she was meant to be when she met the woman of her dreams and relocated to New Jersey. The healing of her heart and mind let love become her religion through the art of writing/painting/cooking. In 2011, she published over 19 poems and 2 books.
Today, she is focused on producing mini-cookbooks and her web site Fast-N-Delicious. These two projects emerged from her gathering family recipes for the production of a cookbook for her family members. Both projects offer a mixture of the old school with the new school of the art of cooking. You got to admit there’s a lot of value found in some of the old-school methods. She believes the mixture of old and modern help solve common problems today's cooks face. Their success confirms this.
