The combination of honey, garlic, ,and ginger make these wings are delicious; a great appetizer!
Ingredients
3 pounds
chicken wings
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger, or more to taste
Sea Salt and pepper, to taste 1 1/2 cups honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1/2 garlic clove, minced
Directions
Cut off and discard chicken wing tips.
Cut each wing into 2 parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place wings in crock pot and pour sauce evenly over all wings.
Cook 6 - 8 hours on low.
