Baked Stuffed Witches Nose



The rich and creamy combination of spices and cheddar cheese nicely contrasts the muted spice of baked  jalapeno peppers.


Ingredients


12 jalapenos remove the stems (tops) 
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 
1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
cheddar cheese, grated


Directions


Pre-heat oven 350 F.

Rise jalapenos with cold water and dry. 

Remove the stems (tops) from jalapenos.

Scrape out the seeds and stuff with cheddar cheese.

Place the jalapenos in a large bowl add olive oil, sea salt, ground garlic, black pepper and coriander and toss until all of them are covered with the seasonings and oil.

Pour them into your foil pack fold end of foil pack shut.

Bake 10-15 minutes. 

Remove and serve.

Easy Jalapeno Poppers

The rich and creamy combination of spices and muenster cheese nicely contrasts the muted spice of grilled  jalapeno peppers.



Ingredients

12 jalapenos remove the stems (tops) 
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 
1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
muenster cheese.


Directions

Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, 10 minutes. 

Spicy Cranberry Pepper Jelly


Most people have never associated cranberries with spicy, but this easy "Spicy Cranberry Pepper Jelly" recipe is an awesome and delicious way to spicy up your holiday meals. 


Ingredients

4 cups cranberries
1 cup water
¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 large jalapeno, finely chopped
1 ½ cups white sugar

Directions

Remove bad berries and wash with cold water.

Remove seeds from red pepper and jalapeno, wash with cold water.

Place the berries, red pepper, and jalapeno in a medium sauce pan and add cold water.

Bring to a boil and simmer until the cranberries burst.

Add sugar and cook 8-10 minutes.

Pour into a small bowl or jar.

Chill for 2-4 hours.


Serve.

Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar Cheese Dip


"Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar Cheese Dip" is quick, easy, and delicious! I took this to a party didn't have any leftover to bring home. Warning this is spicy.



Ingredients

1/4 cup (2 oz.) beer or milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon horseradish powder
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard powder 
3 fresh jalapeno peppers; halved, seeded, and minced
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked thick cut Apple Wood smoked bacon, chopped
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, garlic, horseradish, and mustard; mix until blended.

Slowly add the beer; mix until blended.

Stir is the remaining ingredients.

Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish or 9 inch pie plate with Pam.

Pour the mixture into the dish and spread out evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly. 

Serve with crackers, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables.
